In June 2015, 13th Floor closed the acquisition of approximately 33 acres with approvals to construct townhomes and single-family homes in Tamarac, Florida, known as Hidden Trails. The acquisition’s low land basis, coupled with 13th Floor’s existing homebuilding operation, provides a competitive advantage for delivering homes to the value-oriented segment of the Broward County housing market. 13th Floor developed and constructed 214 single-family homes consisting of three- and four-bedroom homes. The project launched sales 2017 and closed out in 2021.
